I posted this on Twitter few days ago and I believe it deserves its own blog post.
I am not sure what the marketing geniuses of Bayt.com were thinking but to me, this banner translates into: Less than half a percent (0.42% to be exact) of applicants will find a job with Bayt.com.
Why would anyone want to register with Bayt.com if they knew they have a very slim chance of finding a job?
More importantly, if the #1 job site in the Middle East can only secure jobs to 0.42% of its applicants, what are the chances for the thousands of fresh graduates in Arabianism Land?
Don't discourage employment seekers Bayt. Remove the banner!
